Built from both sides of the table
TechxRev was founded by Kurt Simione, who spent 25 years in the managed IT industry before taking a role as CIO for a large financial services firm.
That experience changed everything. For the first time, Kurt was on the customer side — managing vendors, evaluating proposals, and seeing firsthand how most MSPs operate. The misaligned incentives. The unnecessary complexity. The lack of genuine partnership.
He came back to the MSP world with a different perspective: what would an IT company look like if it was built by someone who had been the customer?
